Characterization

Romeo Montana, 18 years of age, half Portuguese, half Jamaican. College dropout, really not interested in spending half of his years studying but instead he prefers playing basketball and dancing with his friends, as he likes to call them “his dawrgs". Although Romeo has negative aspects such as rude, hard to get he still keeps the title of a trust worthy person. As the movie continues Sussiee which is the girl who Romeo ends up falling in love with will be able to change Romeo's idea about college and convinces him to go back to college.  Romeo is from a very wealthy background but he lives in a “Ghetto" which is the term for a bad or dangerous neighbourhood, although his from a rich background he tries his best to fit in with his friends who are from a lower status than him.

Romeo's fashion sense: “jerking swag"   something likes what the boys are wearing in this picture:

Hobbies : Dancing,Basketball, hanging out with friends, listening to rap/jerking songs.

Romeo's style of dancing is called Jerking, which is a street dance that consist of moving your legs in and out called the " jerk"", and doing other moves such as the "reject", "dip", and "pindrop.

This is what jerking is all about :

In the video above we see the kind of clothing Romeo will be wearing.

Sussiee Wilson,16 years of age, full Nigerian. Very smart, intelligent, smart, well educated young girl who lives in the “Ghetto" neighbourhood which is the term for a dangerous neighbourhood, due to the working conditions of her parents. Sussiee comes from a very rich and I repeat rich family and due to their high status, Sussiee is big headed, selfish and too proud of her self, as I would say “stuck up". Sussiee hates the neighbourhood she lives in, she depresses her dad to move to a different city but her wish can't be granted due to her parents jobs, but as she encounters Romeo he will be able to change Sussiee's mind, manipulate her to stay.

Sussiee's fashion sense: Simple and classy, something like what Rihanna is wearing in this picture:

Hobbies : Reading, Listening to soul music, shopping with Mom/girls.
